During our travels back home through Japan from South Korea, we had to stop at this hotel after experiencing a resurgence of a previous medical emergency. We ended up staying 6 nights at the hotel. By far, the staff was absolutely wonderful! They were always accommodating, and because we had to stay so long and had to switch rooms several times, they helped by taking all our belongings to our new room. When my family missed our shuttle to the mall, one of the workers (a manager, I believe) drove us there. On another occasion, he surprised us by picking us up (along with others staying at the hotel) from the mall bus pickup point to spare us from the extremely crowded last shuttle of the night, which serves a few other hotels in the area. Although there is nothing within walking distance around the hotel, they did have a small convenience store inside, which was nice. The ease of the shuttles between the airport to the hotel, and between the hotel to the mall was great as well. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, especially considering our situation (the medical emergency) at the time, which was extremely stressful.

Shuttle bus was very easy to find, nice quick trip from the airport. Check in staff, bus staff and other staff in lobby were all lovely. Our room was nice and clean, view of the planes taking off, can be kind of loud but they don't go that late and don't start that early so didn't bother us one bit, was nice to watch out the window. Others said the shop was not well stocked, we found it had fantastic options, fresh sashimi, sushi, sandwiches, hot meals, bakery goods ECT. Plenty just like a Lawson's so made getting dinner nice and easy without having to bother going to the restaurant. They made check in quick and easy with a new born baby and the room was clean and fairly spacious compared to others hotels I've stayed in in Tokyo. Would certainly stay again, made a great start to our trip not having to trek into Tokyo after arriving early evening and starting our day refreshed. Also the bed was fantastic and comfy and same with the pillows

This was our first experience with a Japanese hotel. It was beautiful and very well maintained. Elegant without excess. The room was very clean, and it had a lot of practical amenities like charging stations and a bidet. You don't see much of this in the US. Beds were small but comfortable. There were safety instructions, it was well-lit (I've never said that about a hotel room in the States), and they have a flashlight handy but neatly tucked in by the bed should it be needed. Very reasonable cost as well. Near the airport, and there's a free shuttle. The staff was patent and helpful even with the language barrier.

The Marroad International Hotel Narita was a clean, comfortable hotel with decent sized room containing two single beds. Our room looked out onto the airport. Morning sun was quite bright but inside window shutters were able to keep the room dark for sleeping in. The shuttle bus conveniently brought us from and back to the airport. The hotel and rooms are well kept up bordering on elegant but the overall design is a bit dated (e.g. individual knobs for hot and cold on faucets). There is little within easy walking distance from the hotel which for us was fine since we were there only one night.

Great location, super close to Narita airport, and the free shuttle service they offer is a godsend. I didn’t realise that they had services to the hotel from the airport too, so it’s best to check with the hotel beforehand. They gave me a shuttle bus timetable after I arrived, but at that time I had already paid for a taxi to get there. 😅 Facilities were a bit aged but everything was clean. There was also a cute little convenience store directly downstairs with a decent selection of fresh and packaged food. Hotel staff was friendly and efficient, also spoke decent English. 👍
